Welcome to Cleaning by Francisca! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, cleaningbyfrancisca.com (the “Site”), and our cleaning services. By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cleaning by Francisca provides professional cleaning services, including residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, post-construction, and specialized cleaning. Services are available by appointment only.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and accessible working conditions.
  • Personal belongings and valuables should be stored securely before cleaning.
  • Cleaning by Francisca is not responsible for damage to items that are improperly secured or fragile.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • We take reasonable care in providing services but are not liable for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe conditions at the service location.
  • In no event shall Cleaning by Francisca be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal information is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
